Thomas Arrison, CPA, MBA

Thomas Arrison is a CPA who specializes in helping business owners increase the value of their businesses through strategic financial management.

Thom has either owned his own firm or been a partner in other firms for over 25 years. In 1992, Thom opened the offices of what is now Arrison & Olden, PC, in Littleton, Mass. He has also participated in other business ventures, including being an owner and member of the board of directors of a professional soccer team based in Boston. Thom has worked with hundreds of small and medium sized businesses from a broad range of industries, including the retail and manufacturing sectors and frequently conducts seminars to educate business owners on effective business development strategies.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UMASS/Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a longstanding member of both the MSCPA and the AICPA.
 

Andrew R. Olden, CPA

With nearly 20 years experience in public accounting Andrew Olden joined forces with Thomas Arrison in 2004 to form Arrison & Olden, PC. Andrew has developed expertise with small and medium sized businesses in the greater Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. Andrew's expertise includes estate tax preparation, litigation support and due diligence services for individuals and businesses as well as general business and tax advice. He has extensive experience representing companies during IRS audits.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He is a longstanding member of both the MSCPA and the AICPA.
 

Janet Bersani

Janet has worked for Arrison & Olden, PC since 1996. In addition to her depth of experience in income tax preparation, Janet teaches courses on tax preparation in the community. She was also panelist on a WBZ radio tax call-in show. She has a degree in Urban Studies from Vassar College, and has also worked in environmental planning and real estate development.
